I visited the Physio today based in our GP surgery on recommendation from the GP for an aching wrist and shooting pains down fingers.

I expected to be told it was just a strain and would improve. However, Adam the Physio said it was due to nerve restriction in my neck. I was a bit sceptical how an issue in my neck could cause only wrist and finger pain.

Adam then did some simple tests with me that showed the weakness in my left arm/hand and explained why. He then did some simple exercises with me for a short time and then reperformed the tests.

I couldn't believe it when there was already a marked difference in strength.  He really is a magician and I will be doing my exercises religiously now.
