About: Sexual Health Services - South Staffordshire (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

I got seen on the same day as I called about an appointment by the nurse I spoke to on the phone. I received treatment and treatments for future issues and a plan. The process was very dignified and efficient and the nurse was lovely. My only criticism is that the clinic is open one day a week, I had to suffer for 5 days before I could call up on the day the clinic opened.

Hi Antliadq33,

My name is Andrew and I am a Senior Administrator for the Open Clinic and part of my role is to respond to Care Opinion feedback. I would firstly like to thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback which does mean a lot to our team and is an important contribution to learning and service improvement.

Unfortunately the stand-alone building we previously occupied for a number of years was a leased building. Regrettably we were served notice so we had to move out and were relocated in the Outpatients area which was only able to allow our service to operate one day a week. This move is intended to be a temporary measure whilst we are look for an alternative building for this service. We acknowledge the limitations we currently face and wish to apologise.
