"Amazing and compassionate care"

(as the patient),

In the last months of 2023, I had some unusual changes to my lymph nodes and found a breast lump, thankfully these changes were benign. The attention and care I was given by the staff at Dr Ho's medical practice in Woodside Health centre was second to none. 

I want to say a big thank you to Dr Ho, Practice Nurse Kathy and the receptionist (I think her name is Michelle?) at Woodside Health Centre.

They all showed me such compassion and genuine care during a nerve wracking time. I felt listened to and their good humour took the edge off. I am forever thankful for their care, quick referral and the attention given to me. 

I work as a nurse myself and understand how stretched the NHS is, I feel so grateful for my care to be overseen by them during that time. Thank you so much.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was very pleased to hear the care and treatment you received from the staff within Woodside Health Centre was to a high standard and you felt well cared for in your time of need.

It was very heart warming to hear how the staff took the time to make you feel comfortable and answer any questions you may have had in a kind and compassion nature.

I will be happy to pass on your thanks to the team who I'm sure will be touched to hear you had such a positive experience while under their care.
