"Going to toggs and zest last"

About: Rampton Hospital

(as a service user),

I am on emerald and our ward keeps going last to togs and zest all the time.

Which means there is less on the shelves,.

When we come over to nurse led i also think we should be able to have crisps, like we used to.

Why is it that at other areas across the hospital get better pop and crisps option in the main rechall compared to us in the women.

Thank you for addressing this concern. I can empathize with how frustrating it must be. Have you brought this up with the food and shop group?

They may be able to assist you with this, likewise I am more than willing to discuss your concern with them.

Thank you for your feedback in relation to the shopping times for Togs and Zest on Emerald Ward. Whilst we do have staff replenishing stock in-between shopping visits. Facilities colleagues will discuss with your ward manager any opportunities to review shopping times and raise your feedback in relation to accessibility of crisps and pop.
