The Hereford Medical Centre is an utter disappointment when it comes to medical services. They make you appointments for their out-of-hours surgery, which conveniently benefits them financially, only to turn around and claim you don't have an appointment when you arrive. Then, they make you wait for over 30 minutes just to speak to a supervisor, who refuses to address your concerns simply because you're the spouse of the supposed appointment-holder. It's evident that the center is overwhelmed with patients, yet they continue to operate with insufficient staffing levels,

Their relentless push for the use of their out-of-hours service not only puts patients at risk but also unnecessarily inflates expenses. It's high time we demand transparency regarding the financial burden placed on taxpayers due to their operational inefficiencies.

After grudgingly admitting their mistake, the practice had a GP see my wife. Instead of referring her to the appropriate department at the county hospital for further investigation, the GP opted for a quick fix, prescribing antibiotics and hastily sending her on her way.
