The preparation is done in two parts.
This time I was instructed to take one prep at teatime and I was able to have a fairly good night's sleep before taking the second prep at 7am on the day of the colonoscopy.
I had an afternoon appointment and this arrangement meant I did not feel quite so exhausted from the bowel prep.
The team were very pleasant and spoke to me like I was a human being and not a disease. Thank you.
