(as a service user),

Admitted with broken arm in 2022 .

I was shouted at and had no help with going to the toilet despite my arm being broken in 3 places.

My catheter bag often burst on the bed as it wasn't being emptied.

The treatment in A&E was very good and I was treated with courtesy, but I would do anything to keep out of that ward and never go back.
