I had a recent car accident and broke my right arm- the care I have experienced has been  exceptional - from the night of the accident in A & E at Monklands- plaster and x Ray departments in Monklands, Adele I think was the nurses name at Monklands, to the ongoing care at the fracture clinic at Wishaw- Mr Howie’s team- Scott and staff nurses and x day and the special greeting given by the staff who welcomed you and clerked you in at the clinic- absolutely professional, knowledgeable and kind.

Everyone involved put me at ease and explained every procedure- thank you. I will soon be discharged to care of physiotherapy.

Thank you for sharing your experience of University Hospital Monklands and Wishaw.

I am sorry to hear about your car accident. What a frightening time that must have been and I am so glad to hear that you got away with a broken arm. I am pleased to hear that your care within the Emergency Department and X-Ray and plaster departments was exceptional and that this has continued through to the fracture clinic at Wishaw.

I look forward to passing on your kind words to the teams and especially Adele, Mr Howie, Scott and the whole team. They will get a real boost from hearing your feedback.
