"Great Staff"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

We went to AnE yesterday, and I was pleasantly surprised by the very helpful and attentive nature of one of the receptionists. She made eye contact! I am so glad that she was the one who dealt with us. Unfortunately, the other receptionist was the usual rude, not making eye contact and very concerned that I was behind the green line, in spite of no other patients being nearby/in line.

We were seen very quickly and then the nurse who took vitals was also very helpful and attentive.

I think both these staff members should be an example for others to follow. This will make the overall patient experience far more bearable, given that patients are usually in a distressed state when they arrive.
