"First endoscopy"

About: Victoria Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Arriving at the Victoria Hospital early and feeling terrified I approached the ward . Having checked in I waited, called by a nurse minutes later I answered questions n health and lifestyle. The nurse was really calming. An hour later another nurse , Stephen, I think, he was brilliant and reassuring took me through for the proceedure . Still terrified the nurses and the doctor calmed me down, the endoscopy was over in minutes. On leaving the first nurse said how much better I looked, Stephen shook my hand and home I went. Thank you to all.
