Went to order medication, for it to have been removed from the repeat prescription list. No consultation about this, and imagine my surprise when I looked through the consultation notes to read that someone had put on the notes saying they contacted me and I declined a review.
No person from the GP surgery had tried to contact me on the day of the entry. Yes, I received a text asking me to have bloods done, then booked an appointment, but that's fine if appointments are available, which they are not in my experience.
I am concerned about the changes to my repeat prescription and my medical records without consultation. Have tried to submit a custom medication request for the medication but this has also been ignored.
