"Our of Hours service via 111"

Brought in an elderly gentleman, whose home visit did not occur. Since ringing in the morning 111 we eventually told to come at 8.30pm to OOH at North Devon District Hospital. On arrival told slight delays. We are over 2hrs waiting. One Doctor and between patients is 25-35 ?mins with no face to face. Said leaving at 10.30pm as tired. Still sat here with 3 other patients awaiting consultations. Relative is diabetic, COPD, meant to have raised legs, blind in one eye .... and very poorly
