"Poor practice "

I’ve requested to see a GP on numerous occasions for my son due to repeated ear infection (4 infection in two months) which have both affected his schooling and quality of life and mine, and have each time been directed to a pharmacy or an appt was made with a paramedic who in my opinion tried their best, but did not meet needs requested. I will be presenting my son to A&E going forward for any health care needs that require treatment as I feel that his seen and not disregarded.
