I tried over a week to contact by phone and then gave up, this after having to call 111 over the weekend whilst not well but the surgery did not even bother to get in touch with me!
Doctors are great, staff are pleasant but administration is zero!
No organisation of phones and appointments, no piscription manager ie a pharmacist, no organised calls answering service, no online proper organised running of the practice in general, imposable to be contacted by phone or otherwise making it very hard work to talk to any staff member!
What a shame it started off well but very bad management I guess. 😞
