Yesterday I attended RCHT dermatology dept for investigations.  I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and incredible attention to detail.  Check lists were confirmed and checked off,  procedures checked and double checked.  Potential diagnosis explained in full.  The experience of seeing a health care department running like an atomic clock was incredible.

Bish, Bash, bosh.  HCA Johnson, Dr Erdal, Theater - Katie, Karen, Peter I really don’t think you realise what an incredible service you all provide, and how efficient it is compared to many other health care services.  A huge well done to you all and it was a pleasure to see you all in action.
