Queuing for reception ! Putting wrong waiting room for doctor I was seeing . Doctor ok gave me tests to have but didn't really explain alot .

Dear Patient,
I am sorry to hear that there was a queue at main reception when you attended the surgery, We do offer self check in machines for patient's to check in for their appointment.
I do apologise that the patient services team directed you to the incorrect waiting room.
