Nurse was informative friendly and very efficient and professional
Makes patients feel relaxed
Mentioned arrangements to get back to me with info and it happened
Nurse is also contactable whereas doctors at this surgery are hard to get an appointment with .

Thank you for your positive feedback.
I will ensure this is passed onto our practice nurse who does work very hard to care for patients.
I will also make all staff aware at out next practice meeting as this is good for all staff morale.
