A urologist called me late yesterday who was rude, unprofessional and dismissed anything I had to say. I yes, noed him just to get him off the phone. His attitude was disgusting and, if I do need treatment, I would rather go private than to have to deal with this power mad person who believes he is right and the patient has no say in their treatment. If you are referred to this service, run the other way.
