I would just like to thank the staff from receptionist through to consultants for their amazing service, through no fault of theirs I was left on hard seat for nearly 21 hours which was not a nice experience at all. The staff from my observations put up with some not very nice patients which is unfair on them. The system is broke and the staff have to deal with the fallout which again is unfair. Staff 5/5, system 0/5
