About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

From being contacted by the booking service to subsequent discharge  I was kept fully informed and supported. Staff encounters, at all levels, were friendly and professional.

Patient information documentation was comprehensive and easy to understand.

A hugely positive experience during a time of worry and stress.
