About: University Hospital Monklands / General Surgery (Wards 4 & 7) University Hospital Monklands / Surgical Admissions Unit

(as the patient),

I was seen in ward 5 last week and admitted to the general surgical ward.

I was so worried when I arrived but was put at ease by a lovely surgical doctor called Clare. I then was looked after by the amazing staff in ward 4.

Thank you for sharing your experience at University Hospital Monklands, surgical department.

It can be a worrying time attending hospital for a procedure and I am so pleased that you received excellent treatment from the staff in both wards 4 and 5 which must have been very reassuring and helped make you feel at ease.

I look forward to sharing your kind words with Claire and both teams involved in your care. I am sure they will take great pride in hearing your feedback and get a real boost from it.
