Last week I presented at the surgery with a knee issue and the receptionist suggested I could have an appointment with the physio and one was available the following day, which I took.
The physio assessed and examined my knee and along with exercises suggested a knee XRay which I had that same day as a walk in at Barnet Hospital . ( this was incredibly efficient and I was booked in and X-ray performed within 15 mins )
Results were available 5 working days later . I booked a follow up appointment
(But in 2 weeks time as I was not available next week )
However I got a call yesterday morning to ask if I could attend the as there had been a cancellation.
Fortunately I was able to do so .
I am so impressed that within 8 working days I have a diagnosis and plan of care going forward.
The professionalism and kindness shown by the team at the Red House was second to none. Thank you .
