"Very bad service "

I called the surgery at 8am, I was caller number 9. When I finally spoke to someone I was told had to go to the old Dulwich hospital center. The staff were not helpful at all. Every time I call the surgery I have to build myself up for disappointment. I wouldn't recommend the surgery to any one

they tell you that you can't see a doctor because the duty doctor is booked. So they send you to another clinic. Staff are not very helpful. Why have a doctors surgery if you can't see a doctor.
