"Great Team"

I needed to book an on the day appointment, and rang at 8am an automated message told me I was number 11 In the queue, I was pleasantly surprised when I had the option to keep my place in the queue and would be called back.

I was called back after about 10 minutes and spoke to a very polite and helpful receptionist, who gave us a face to face appiontment with a General Practitioner. we were seen on time and I really cant speak highly enough about the care we received. we were listened to not rushed and left with a plan to move forward with, we were also given information on how to submit an update the following week. I am very happy with the service we received at the practice.
