The set up, triage team and use of resources, teamwork and time has been really strong and helpful to help me recover from mental illness and addiction issues now in remission in the last 16 months as a patient at Broadwater Medical Centre.

Thank you for taking the time to give such positive feedback. I will share this with the whole team. We are currently finding demand far greater than the capacity we have so have had to adapt to provide safe care. I'm glad you feel the way we do things is working.
