"Sympathetic caring staff showing Excellent care "

I was accompanying my mother who was 83 years of age and was admitted with delirium . It was reassuring to have such excellent assessment and care by all the team at the A and E department . This followed through to majors and the elderly assessment ward and finally ward 25. The whole multidisciplinary team were excellent.All the team were caring especially the nurses.

She went on to have a good recovery and is at home with her family at the moment.

This weekend was particularly busy as the young doctors were on strike. This did not impact my mother’s care and treatment .

Thank you all so much with grateful thanks from my mother and family .
