"Good practice however"

All staff are very nice and pleasant, however when speaking about mental health to a doctor they refer you to the mental health nurse this is good however this means attending another appointment which as someone with mental health difficulties isn’t easy. It would be better if they could offer you an appointment with the mental health nurse on that day instead of waiting a week because they only work certain days, also referring for therapy with long waiting lists they need something in between while people are waiting but I understand this isn’t the practices fault.
