"Above and beyond service"

I am a type 1 diabetic who managed through lack of planning and compounded by Easter holidays, was going to run out of insulin within 3 days. The very kind professional managed to get me an urgent telephone consultation with the doctor who facilitated a prescription within 2 hours of me reaching out to Archwood Practice in Woodley. Given that I would have been in a real pickle without insulin this urgent service keeps me in a good spot. Thanks for helping and also following up to make sure everything got sorted. Tremendous!
