About: East Of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust

First time we have used the transport service today. Both colleagues took a great deal of care when bringing my dad home from Lister Hospital.

They were both caring and confident which helped my dad get into the house in a calm way.

While they are clearly proficient and efficient in their roles there was no sense of urgency which is just what you need when caring for elderly patients.
