"Poor Practice management"

Even though the GPs are caring and knowledgeable, getting to their service is very difficult. Admin management, pharmacist and nurse services are below the expected standard, with passive and rude receptionist ( 1 is very professional and caring) wrong repeat prescription issued, cancelled appointment, long waiting time to speak to reception only to have the call cut when it is your time.

Once secured a specialist appointment, despite official communication, it's never clear if the practice receives the consultation results. Record are often lost in transit, delayed, not followed up by the practice. There is no system of safety netting towards the patient. I am reasonably well and I am motivated enough to assertively look for missing communication, reschedule cancelled appointment, check wrong repeat prescription but I feel the practice management, nurse and pharmacist service lack the level of precision required by the nature of their business.
