"Receiptionist rude"

About: Arbury Medical Centre

Phone up on the 28 2 2024 about my medical condition was told it’s a on going there’s only emergency appointments so my on going condition is not emergency I’ve up my medication I use my cream what was given to me by gp this is affecting my mental health which I did tell receiptionist who always seems to have a problem with me and is rude to me I’m up at 3/4 every morning in pain and all this receptionist keeps telling me it’s on going in other words there’s nothing what we can do
