Even though I called thirty minutes ahead of my appointment, I was not informed that being seven minutes late would result in the appointment being cancelled. I only learned about this policy when I called for the second time to indicate that I was two minutes away. By then, I had already missed my appointment and had to plead to see the nurse. The lack of flexibility in their response to the situation was evident.
