Had CBT with Think Wellbeing Wigan for help with interpersonal aspects of my PTSD. Despite some of the symptoms having subsided by the time I was seen, the therapist was lovely, easy to open up to and helped me to understand myself better. I finished the sessions feeling confident and finally felt comfortable in my own mind/body after decades of putting up with a sense of unease. I would recommend to anyone ready and willing to keep an open mind, learn new ways of coping and ready to make the change
