I started having wee accidents so I got referred to Louise who has helped me stop having them by giving me tablets and exercises to do.

I was scared and sad when my accidents first started happening but with the help of Louise she helped me gain confidence.

Louise did a bladder scan so for this she used cold jelly and a funny machine that measured how much wee I was able to hold in my bladder, then she would get me to empty my bladder then use the jelly and funny machine to see how quick my bladder would start filling again.

Louise helped be understand that it was ok to have accidents at my appointments because I had a weak bladder.

I loved seeing Louise as she was always so friendly and helpful and it made me feel ok and happy again.

Hi princess october,

Thank you so much for leaving your feedback and I hope you found the pictures helpful when telling your story.

I'm so glad to hear that Louise helped you with your confidence. I will make sure Louise is able to see the kind words you have written about her.

I hope the jelly wasn't too cold either.
