From my first steps into the reception area on my first appointment, faces were friendly and this was so helpful in reducing the apprehension of what was to come. At every stage, explanations were given and there was an opportunity to ask questions.
On surgery day, everyone was calm and it was reassuring to be spoken to kindly.
At all stages, I felt as though I was in safe hands
