About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Paediatrics Paediatrics / Acorn Ward Paediatrics / Paediatric Assessment Unit

(as a parent/guardian),

We had an amazing experience with Musgrove, Resus, Paediatric High Dependency Unit (HDU) and Acorn Ward. I would just like to thank all who cared for our daughter while she was being treated for covid and bronchiolitis.

A special thank you to Caroline from HDU who went above and beyond to support myself and our daughter I couldn't thank you enough for everything you did especially when getting us ready to be transported to Bristol Intensive Care via the Watch Team. My daughter is doing amazing now, she has a milk allergy so is on special formula, other than that she is thriving weighing 10lb 11oz at almost 3 months .

You are all an amazing team, thank you all again

Dear Nicola24

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know about your experience on the Children's unit. I am so pleased to hear that your daughter is doing much better following her stay with us and in Bristol. I'm sure it was a really scary time for you all.

We are so lucky to have an amazing team here on the unit, and as you know Caroline is fantastic. I will make sure that your lovely message reaches her and the whole team here at Musgrove park both on the ward and in A and E.
