- myself, waited for an urgent appointment which took two weeks - medication prescribed but naturally not sent over to pharmacy after turning up to collect it…4 days later still not there. No answer on the phone either.
Secondly my son desperately needs seeing to in regards to his mental health as it is in major decline; after 6 weeks of trying ive not managed to get any further with getting him a doctors appointment. Horrendous. I know my elderly nan is struggle to get an appointment as well. 0 care, confusing system and no urgency to anyone.
