"Horrendous practice"

I came for an appointment at this practice on a Wednesday at 9.15 and the waiting room was completely empty. Why can't people can't get appointments? Every time I've been to either sheep market or st Mary's at various times of the day the waiting rooms are always empty. Yesterday at 9.15 when we visited it should be a time when the drs are busy seeing people there were no other patients there and yet our appointment was over 25 minutes late. Are there any doctors working at this practice?

We do deliver appointments with clinician's face to face and over the telephone at both the Sheep Market and St Marys surgeries.
