(as a service user),

I attended the emergency department in SWAH following an injury to my ankle at work. I can not praise the service enough. Once I entered the emergency department I was quickly triaged and then brought through to the minor injuries unit. I then quickly received a great assessment and was brought through for an X-ray and got the results and back out of the department all within one hour. So impressed with the service and could not praise the staff enough who were clearly already dealing with a busy department.

Firstly, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time, to use the care opinion platform, to express you thoughts about the treatment you received while attending our department recently.

As a service provider within the minor injuries unit, it fills me a great sense of pride that we are providing an 'impressive' service. thank you

It is an area, we as practitioners are very proud off, and we will always continue to strive to produce high levels of care.
