"Can’t be relied on"

I was asked to fill out an online ADHD test sent from my doctor as well as send referral documents back to be referred.

A month had passed since I sent everything across and then I get a text saying I’m missing documents. I phoned up to query this as everything that was needed was sent and was told the admin team only sent one of the documents to my doctor, as for why, they didn’t say. That was a month ago, I tried emailing to chase and they said that as I had not long spoken to someone there was no need. Here we are nearly a month later and still they haven’t sent the documents to my doctor.

I am also waiting on confirmation of another referral from the first week of January and still nothing.

Some doctors are really good. Others are slow and the admin team are terrible.
