"Great at keeping you informed"

(as the patient),

In my experience, it is normal for the dermatology clinic to be running late. On the day of my appointment it was 1 hour. The staff, in particular all the CSW’s, are great at keeping you informed of the delays and when you might next be taken. They are very friendly and make the time spent at the clinic a positive one.

I am sorry to hear there was a delay on your appointment, I do appreciate that this can be very frustrating. However, I am glad to hear that, despite the delay, staff at the Clinic were able to provide you with a positive experience, that they were friendly and kept you informed whilst you were waiting.
