"Caring Doctor and Nurse"

I recently went to see a doctor in person with whom I’ve been having telephone appointments about an issue that is greatly impacting my day-to-day life. I came in to have a physical examination and I felt really welcomed. I feel like they truly care about my health issues and have a genuine interest to help out as much as they can. They have reassured me that they are there for me and to call back whenever I need. As part of the consultation I got referred for a blood test and the nurse who carried it out was so lovely, super friendly and even remembered me from last time a few months ago. It truly feels like this practice is part of the community.
