"Receptionist so rude "

I walked out of the reception this morning so upset after being spoken to like I was the worst mum in the world. You can't win they either want to know everything and see pictures you do this and then get laid Into for too much info or didn't need to see pics. I am a mum looking for guidance and wanting my 3 year old to been seen today not 4 weeks time. You should have compassion, Care, respect not make me feel so rubbish for doing what I thought was the right thing. I've been with this doctors since I was a little girl and it has just got worse and worse since covid. Shame on you brannel surgery
