Rang to book a routine appointment, the phone message states they’re not taking routine appointment requests at this time due to ‘staff sickness’ yet they’ve just partnered with Chartwell which was supposed to expand their availability. Other reviewers state there’s been no routine appointments for months.
They need to stop merging and partnering with other practises when they can’t handle the volume of their own patients.
