A specialist service wrote a letter that was sent electronically, the next day (before midday) I had a call to say that the GP had reviewed the letter, issued the prescription, and updated my repeat prescription record.
A lot of people complain about their surgeries, and I just wanted to say that I don't think I've had a bad experience with Coltishall, and I'm really appreciative of how supportive they have been.
