Was a little anxious about the new triage system that was introduced on 18th March but was pleasantly surprised to receive confirmation of an appointment for the same day an hour after l had requested it. l Have now seen two different doctors and a nurse and they couldn’t have been more helpful and efficient. I have a number of new health issues which the doctor explained to me in a sympathetic and reassuring manner. I cannot fault the treatment l am receiving, top marks!
