About: Enhanced Care / Community Dietitian Enhanced Care / Community Respiratory Care Enhanced Care / Community Stroke Team

(as the patient),

Community Respiratory Team - I found it very beneficial. The exercises and information that I received about my problem were very helpful.

I’ve had exercises before but I didn’t know what to do.

Also the Dietician and heart and stroke team have all been very good.

At my follow up appointment after 6 weeks – my breathing increased by 35%. I think it was because of the help from the service.
