About: Quarry Bank Medical Centre

Further to my review on 25.03.24 and after having a response from Dr had i been made aware of the emergency issue that took place i would have been more understanding of the situation and would not have reacted the way i did. My prescription has now been sorted, thank you, and i hope that the emergency was sorted and the patient was ok.

My apologies if my earlier review caused any upset.

We apologise for the upset you felt in the first instance. Its great to hear that the DR has cleared this up for you since.

I am sorry that reception were not able to let you know more at the time, this information is not always available to them when emergencies happen.
