Tried ringing cardiology outpatients at Wycombe, Bucks NHS Outpatients line today to enquire if they could tell me where I am on list as so far 18 weeks without hearing anything.
Tried at 10.00 and 12.00 both times got the message too busy to connect call try again later.
Been getting this message whatever time of day I seem to ring at over the last few months. I've never got through so far and the longest on hold was 20 minutes before I had to ring off.
Back in 2021 it took 10 weeks from referral to operation. It really seems to has fallen apart and not fit for purpose anymore.
