"Very short appointment, not thorough enough"

Excellent booking service seen within 1 week of Faster diagnosis referral.

Seen approx 30 mins late for appointment although Dr was free after querying with reception team. Dr said they couldn’t see I had arrived.

Appt lasted approx 5 mins, no full skin check, which I would have expected particularly in a very quiet clinic. Also disappointed that simple punch biopsy was not done on the day despite plenty of time, visually appropriate room and nurse on hand?
